All About the Vets was loosely derived by life-shaping experiences. Beginning in my late thirties, I was faced with making important decisions regarding my personal and business affairs that were critical in determining how I would move forward with my life. Making the right choices eventually propelled me into my forties as a free and spirited woman.
Fast-forward several years, when my realization through circumstances brought about a passion to speak to women who would benefit from sharing experiences about the fabulous forties, fifties, sixties and beyond. These shared experiences speak about beauty, health, family, wealth, relationships, careers, spirituality and issues generally impacting women who have reached what I affectionately call the �Mo Better� years.
The book is an encouraging, informative, educational and sometimes humorous book about women such as myself, in order to stir up a greater awareness of God�s awesome creation, YOU.

Every woman, no matter what age, should allow her thoughts to go within and discover Divine Beauty. Going within allows the light of God to disclose an inner beauty.
You will not find Divine Beauty in magazines, makeover television, or any other �Get Beauty Quick� remedies. ��..Armed with the spirit of Divine Beauty, we can move past the discovery of that new wrinkle, cellulite on the thighs, graying hair, and all the other body changes that intimidate us at times into wanting to remove every mirror in our homes. If we rely on the strength of our minds and not our bodies, even in the midst of a storm we come out victoriously��.
Confidence
Building confidence requires the ability to believe in yourself or whatever it is you want to do. Possessing vision and passion encourages you to enrich your life by living out your dreams. Having faith is essential, as faith gives you the confidence to take the steps necessary to initiate goals that accelerate growth.
Fashion
One major problem with women allowing the industry to dictate to them the dos and don�ts of fashion is there are too many rules. I am not advocating as mature women, we go out and buy clothes that make us look ridiculous. However, would someone please tell me who died and made so-called fashion experts God! I hear someone shouting, �We did, we buy the clothes."
